MOSA Hibachi & Sushi Japanese Express is a must-have experience when visiting or living in Winfield, Kansas. The wide variety of options that MOSA has is ridiculous, with over 50 main menu items and side dishes, with plenty of options for drinks. My only complaint with MOSA is that they aren’t open on Sundays (after Church sushi would slap). This is only a minor inconvenience, and it also shows that MOSA treats its employees fairly and with respect to their personal lives. If it’s your first time eating sushi or hibachi I would suggest getting the #30 MOSA Roll or the #32 M-16 Roll (both have spicy tuna, but it’s really not that spicy you have a touch of soy sauce and a nice cold drink).
MOSA’s is an experience unique to the little town of Winfield, and one of the best it has to offer.
